PICOLO Video Capture Card for PC The PICOLO video capture card is a very low-cost frame grabber perfectly adapted to single camera applications. The card supports the acquisition and the real-time transfer of full resolution colour images (up to 768*576 pixels) and sequences to the PC memory (video capture).
