Lifetime warranty for optical microscopes from Meiji Techno
The confidence in the reliability of an
instrument is becoming more and more important when choosing new
models today. Return on investment and projected costs of service
are more than ever in the mind of the purchaser when buying today.
When it comes to the equipping or replacing a suite of optical microscopes,
Japanese supplier, Meiji Techno, has a proposition without comparison:
Meiji Techno warrants their products against defects in material
and/or workmanship for the life of the instrument from the date
of original purchase to the original purchaser. The only exception
is electrical parts which are covered by the more typical 12 month
period.
This has served Meiji Techno extremely well. Distributor partners
such as Brunel Microscopes have not had a warranty issue in over
twenty years of working with Meiji. As owner, Alan Potter, says
"it is so reassuring to be able to offer a product that has such
comprehensive warranty coverage."
The same applies to the end user. The School of Earth, Atmospheric
and Environmental Sciences at the University of Manchester, recently
bought a suite of thirty new polarizing microscopes through Meiji
partners, Mazurek Optical Services. The lifetime warranty again
played a significant part in the decision making process.
Being competitive does not just mean on price. Ex stock delivery
and a lifetime warranty has put Meiji Techno in the front of the
shop window for optical microscopes.
