Check the numbers on your turret knob and the list of auxiliary lens that are made for your model microscope. Some models do not accept auxiliary lenses.

Note: Use of this calculator is meant for approximations and to evaluate changes in the setup, i.e. how much more mag can I get with a bigger monitor, etc.. To calculate true magnification, one would measure the lines of a stage micrometerat the magnified output and apply the formula. Meiji does not recommend using 1/4" chip cameras for microscopy.
